When a feature is selected on the left feature list, there is an “Edit” button on the right of the feature’s detailed information. Pressing the “Edit” button will enable the editing window. The properties that can be modified are name, type (feature key), sequence, strand (directionality will change with the strand), translation, product, and description. If the sequence is changed, the translation should be recalculated manually by pressing the blue button next to the translation field. When the change is saved by pressing the “Save” button, there will be a confirmation notice at the left bottom of the page. The change can be discarded by pressing the “Cancel” button.
