In order to run bulk registration, your registration role must be Power User or above. If you don’t see this option, please contact your ELN administrator.

1. All salts used in the bulk registration must be added to the Salt table first. Please refer to the Salt Table user guide on how to do it.

2. When generating the input file in the sd file format, there are two options:

Option 1: Compound Structure doesn’t contain the salt

Two columns should be added to the sd file. The column headers must be "salt_codes" and "salt_multiplicities" (all lower case, plural, with underscore). The salt code must match the code in the salt table. There is no need to mapping these two fields. They will be automatically mapped by the system during bulk registration

Option 2: Compound Structure containing salt

The structure of the salt must match the salt structure in the salt table. When the sd file is uploaded during bulk registration, the system will strip the salt from the compound for duplication check, the structure of the salt with be compared with the structures in the salt table to generate the salt information.

3. Run the “Bulk Registration” using the sd file generated in step 2. Please refer to “Bulk Registration” user guides for details.
