The Knowledge base page on Arxspan support center can be accessed using URL: https://support.arxspan.com/home/
If you have already logged in Arxspan system, click the Question mark symbol on the header bar of Arxspan ELN dashboard page. This will open the Knowledge base page in a new tab.
The knowledge base page contains user guides for our system. The guides are grouped by modules. The full list of articles in each module can be seen by clicking on the module name. You can also enter the keyword in the search window at the top of the window. Besides English, the knowledge base articles are also available in Japanese and Chinese. Press the arrow next to “English” at the top and select the language you want from the dropdown list.
If you have logged into the Arxspan support center and are on the ticketing page, clicking the “Arxspan by SciY” icon on the top left of the page will bring you to the knowledge base page. The knowledge base can be searched by typing the keywords in the search box.
