When clicking the Question mark symbol on the header bar of Arxspan ELN dashboard page, the Knowledge base page on Arxspan support center will open in a new tab.
The knowledge base page contains user guides of our system. The guides are grouped by modules. The full list of articles in each module can be seen by clicking on the module name. You can also enter the keyword in the search window on the top of the window. Besides English, the knowledge base articles are also available in Japanese and Chinese. Press the arrow next to “English” on the top and select the language you want from the dropdown list.
If you have contacted Arxspan support before, clicking the Question Symbol may open the support center on the ticketing page. Click the “Arxspan” icon on the top left of the page will bring you to the support center home page. The knowledge base can be searched by typing the keywords in the search box.
The default landing page of the support center can be changed to the knowledge base page as shown below.
- Press the arrow next to your name initial on the top right corner of the page, select My Settings from the dropdown
- Select “Support Center” under “My Settings”, then select “Knowledge Base” from the Landing Page dropdown.
