- To create a new work request, press “Submit New Request” under Work Orders on the left navigation bar. This will open the Submit New Request window in the workflow module.
- Select the type of request you want to create. You need to have permission to add a new request to the request type to see it in the dropdown. If you don’t see the request type you want to create, please contact your system admin.
- Select the user group under “Assigned User Group”. You will see all user groups that are visible to you in the dropdown list. However, you can only select the group that you belong to from the list. If you belong to only one group, it will be the default selection.
- Fill in all necessary fields on the top of the work request.
- It is optional to add data to the data table. If you leave the data table empty, you can add it later when you edit the work request.
- To create the new request, press the “SUBMIT” button. If you don’t want to create the request, press the “CANCEL” button.
