When the Live Edit host file is not installed or not installed properly but the Chrome extension is installed, you will see the following Live Edit error when you access our site in Chrome and won’t be able to use the system. This issue can be resolved by turning off the Live Edit Chrome extension.

1. At the top right of the Chrome window, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click “More tools”, then “Extensions”.

3. On the extension page, find "Arxspan Live Edit Extension" and toggle it off.
