There are several date formats available in the system as listed below. The system administrator can contact [email protected] to have the setting change to the format your company prefers.

Once the date format is changed, the date will be displayed in the selected format in the system. The data format won’t change in the following locations:

• Manage Request and My Request page

• SD export file from the search module
• Date range used to filter Advanced Search History
