Generate User Login History Report

User Login History function allows you to check the history of users’ logins to the Arxspan system. The user name and login date/time are listed by login date/time from newest to oldest. Both user names and login date/time columns can be sorted and filtered. User Login History results can be exported as a CSV file.

The users you can see in User Login History depend on your account privileges. Regular users can only see users that are visible to them. Administrators can see the login history of all users.

  1. Press “User Login History” under the Tools tab on the left navigation bar to open the page.

  1. Filter User Login History by a Time Frame
    1. Pick the calendar icon in the Start Date or/and End Date field and select the date.
    2. After selecting the Start Date, the End Date, or both, the system immediately generates results in the table accordingly to the filter criteria. The user login history is displayed from the newest to the oldest login no matter what date range you choose.

  1. Filter User Login History by User’s Name
    1. Select the filter option next to the User’s Name column with a single click and uncheck the “Select All” checkbox. Select a user from the dropdown by marking the checkbox next to the user's name.
    2. You can also search for the user by typing letters in the Search field. Put a minimum of 3 characters to narrow your user’s name search. As a result, you will receive all users whose users' names contain those letters.
    3. Click the “Filter” field to get results.
    4. Click the “Clear” field to clear your filter.

  1. Row Number, User’s Name, or Login Date and Time columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column headers. After the column is sorted, there is an arrow next to the column header.

  1. Press the “Export As CSV” button in the left down corner, below the User Login History table to generate a CSV report.
