Each Arxspan user can change a password in two situations. First, you should change your password when you request Arxspan support to reset your current one. After receiving a temporary password (through direct system mail or sent by us in a separate mail), you will be able to log in to the Arxspan and change it for a new one. You may also change your password when needed (for instance, for security reasons). Changing the password is done on the “My Profile” page, which can be accessed through the dashboard page.
- All users can reach the 'My Profile" by clicking your user name on the header bar.
Non-admin users can also reach the page by clicking “My Profile” under the Tools box in the left navigation bar.
- The "Change Password" box is in the bottom left corner of the “My Profile” page. After entering your current password and the new one, click the “Change Password” button. Your change takes place immediately in the system.
