The ability to download a notebook PDF is controlled by a user setting. If you don't see this option, please contact your System Admin. 

1. With the “Can Download All Notebook PDFs” user setting turned on, after the notebook you want to work with is opened, there is a “Download All PDFs” button at the top of the notebook page.
2. After you click the “Download All PDFs” button, the status of the button will change to “Processing”. Press the on the top of the notebook page to start the creation of the zip folder process.

3. The "Processing PDFs" message will be displayed on a pop-up window. Confirm the message by clicking the “OK” button.

4. After the confirmation, instead of the “Download All PDFs” button, you will see a “Processing” status on the notebook page. Wait a maximum of 24 hours to receive an e-mail from the [email protected] e-mail address in your mailbox. 

5. After you received the email titled “Your zip file is ready for download”, click the “Download” hyperlink in the message. If you already login to the Arxspan system in the browser, the system will automatically open the link. If you are not logged into Arxspan, please copy the hyperlink and paste it into the browser in which you are login Arxspan.

6. Click the word “here” with an active link to download the zip file. The Zip file contains the PDF version of all experiments in the notebook.
