The ability to create a notebook PDF is a function that is usually granted to a user by the System Admin. We recommend enabling this user setting for users with the Admin role in the system.

To grant permission to download notebook PDFs, press the “Manage Users” option under the “Tools” dropdown in the left navigation bar on your dashboard page, find the respective user on the “Manage Users” page, set the “Can Download All Notebook PDFs” setting to “yes”, and click the “Update” button to save the change. After the user setting change, the respective user must log out and log in the system again.
