Link Experiment to Registration ID

Registration IDs can be added to experiments to create a bi-directional link between the experiment and the registry entities. It is possible to link experiments to multiple registration IDs. Registration links can be added and deleted without affecting any other content in the experiment.

To link an Experiment to a Registration ID

  1.  Navigate to the experiment of interest and select the “Link” option in the top right of the page.
  2. On the Link Experiment pop-up dialog box, select “Registration ID” from the “Link to” drop-down.
  3. Type the first few letters of the registration ID you want to link to in the Search Registration field. Select the desired registration ID from the list of the search results.

    NOTE! The more characters you provide, the faster matching results will be found.
    Additionally comment can be added to the link.
  4. Click the “Confirm Link” button to add the registration link to the experiment.

    NOTE! The registration link can be deleted by clicking the trash can icon in line with the registration ID.

 

Bulk link Multiple Registration IDs to an experiment

Users can also add multiple registration links at the same time.

  1. Follow step 1 and 2 above to open the link registration ID page.
  2. Click the checkbox next to the “Bulk Registration ID Link” at the bottom of the popup.
  3. After entering the comma-separated Registry IDs in the new popup window, click “OK” to submit the registration ID list.

    NOTE! In this case, the system will not provide hints.
  4. Upon clicking the “Confirm link”, all registration IDs on the list will be added in the “Registration links” section of the experiment.
