BioDrive’s Oligo Library is a collection of DNA and RNA sequences created by a user. It contains saved oligo sequences and properties including length, GC%, Tm and the oligo’s description. Currently, the Oligo Library is user specific and each user can have only one Oligo Library. The system stores DNA oligo in DNA format under the DNA tab and RNA oligo in RNA format under the RNA tab .

View Oligo Library

To access the Oligo Library, click on the wrench icon in the top right corner and select “Oligo Library” from the dropdown menu. All oligos saved in the Oligo Library will be listed on the left of the popup screen. When an oligo is selected from the list (as shown below), the detailed information of that oligo will be displayed to the right. Clicking on any sequence tab, outlined in the screenshot below, will close the Oligo Library window.
