An oligo may be manually added to an Oligo Library from the Primer panel. To do so, expand the side panel and click on the “Primers” tab. Identify the primer you’d like to add to your Oligo Library from the primer list. Press the three vertical dots next to your primer of interest, then press “Add to Oligo Library” from the dropdown list.

When adding an Oligo to the Oligo Library, the system will do a duplication check against the existing Oligo Library contents. If no duplicate oligo is detected, the oligo will be added to the library and a confirmation message (#1 on the screenshot below) will be displayed, however if the library contains an exact duplicate of the selected oligo, an error message stating, “The oligo already has been added in the library” will appear (#2 on the screenshot below).
