Oligos within the Oligo Library may be saved to a local computer as a CSV file. To do so, press the “Export” option in the Oligo Library window. This will open a new window to define the export file name; by default, the file name will be listed as the experiment ID but can be changed if preferred. After pressing the “Export” button, the Oligo Library list will be exported as a CSV file. The first line of the CSV file contains headers (name, sequence, Tm, GC%, description), the second line and lines after it contains property values of each oligo. Values are separated with semicolons (;).
