The History feature is available in the BioDrive Enterprise version only, and provides two levels of history; The overall BioDrive History and the Sequence History which is specific to actions made within that particular sequence tab. To access the History panel, click the clock symbol on the top right corner of the window. The BioDrive History window will be displayed by default. Clicking the sequence name on the BioDrive History page will open the Sequence History. Clicking the clock symbol again or clicking on any Sequence tab will then close the History panel.

BioDrive History

The BioDrive History provides an overview of actions taken and changes made at the Sequence level within a BioDrive experiment. The BioDrive Version ID is calculated as an ascending number starting from Version ID 1 and is applied to the History after each subsequent save. The Sequence names listed under the BioDrive History are clickable links that will direct you to the Sequence History page.

Sequence History

While the BioDrive History will contain a record of all BioDrive actions taken within an experiment itself, the Sequence History will provide a record of actions specific to an individual Sequence tab. The name of the sequence will be listed at the top of the Sequence History panel. Clicking the “BioDrive” link on the top left corner of the sequence history page will then switch to the BioDrive History panel.
