When a user has the DELETE permission for a registration group the delete button will be visible in the record. Once selected this record will be permanently removed from the registration database. This action is IRREVERSABLE. It is highly recommended that any user with this permission be well-trained on both the system and company policies. If you have selected the numbering option “Increment with Gap filling”, then the next registration record created will reuse the number of the deleted record.
