Bulk Mapping Templates

The ability to create, save, and modify templates exists inside the bulk upload area. These templates can only be accessed within the bulk action area. These templates can be used both when creating new records or updating existing records. If you are a regular user you can utilize public templates or personal ones NOTE: you cannot modify a public template if you are not a workflow manager, you can only save a copy of the template to your personal templates. If you are a workflow manager you have more options available to you.

  1. Creating a new template can be done when you upload a file. Uploading the file will automap any fields that are exact matches first. The ability to save a new template will become visible as soon as you manually map any remaining fields. When you save a template you need only provide a name to it and it will be added to your personal templates.

  1. If you wish to use a saved template you can select saved templates and then the template you wish to use. If you modify the template after applying it the option to resave the template will be available to you.

  1. To create a public template, you must first be a workflow manager. There are two ways to create a public template, either select a personal template to make it public or select another user's template from the Other Templates table to make that public. NOTE: users cannot edit public templates, they can only save copies of it.
