Multiple settings are required to utilize the custom chemistry experiment feature. These must be enabled by Arxspan Support. This feature is not default ELN and requires a chemistry upgrade package to turn on. There are also integrations only offered with this upgrade package.
- ELN in Workflow
ELN must be enabled in the workflow module. Companies come with this enabled by default but may need this added.
- Chemistry Canvas
This data type is required to allow users to draw/upload/add chemistry data to an experiment.
- Stoichiometry Grid
This data type is required to add automatic calculations to an ELN entry. Chemical data from a liked canvas field will populate this field in addition to manually entered data.
- Allchemy Integration
This option will activate the ability to add Allchemy as an option inside of an ELN configuration. It must be activated to see the configuration settings later described. This is a separate, paid, 3rd party service.
