Live Edit enables users to edit all file attachments and chemistry reactions from the interface using software installed on their device.

Note: This feature is supported in Google Chrome, Chromium Edge, and Firefox browsers.

• Look for the link outlined in red below on your main dashboard page.

• When you click “Live Edit Installation” on the left navigation bar, the instruction shown below will appear. Please follow the instruction to install both the host file and browser extension.

• The native host should be installed first. The installation of the host requires Administrator privilege to the computer. Without the proper permission, the installation will fail. Depending on your computer’s security settings, assistance from your IT department may be required in this step.
• If the following warning message is displayed, go to the .NET Download page, install .NET Desktop Runtime version 6.0 or above, and then continue to install the native host.

• After the native host is installed successfully, follow the link provided to install the Chrome extension. A small grey icon will appear on the top right of your browser after the extension is installed successfully.
