Workflow Notifications can be used to notify users when a Workflow Request is created or modified. An email message or a browser notification can be triggered when specific events occur. The Administrator can define which events trigger a Notification, who is notified (Group or Individual users), and whether the notification is in the form of an Email, a Browser notification, or both.
Users can customize their Notifications. They can increase or decrease the number of notifications they receive, and define if the notifications are sent via Email or Browser, or Both.
