Available now in Arxspan's suite of products:

New Features

ELN

Available Now:

  • The ability to enlarge chemistry images was updated to accommodate more options
  • In chemistry experiments, the Add Molecule function was updated to search on Enter
  • When creating a new application template (ELN, Work Request, or Registration Item), there is now a copy function to facilitate creating similar templates faster

Coming Soon:

  • Significant updates are coming to custom experiments; these are UI updates only and will not impact the functionality of the page. This will be done through a few small updates that you will begin to see in August. We anticipate this process being completed in September. Please feel free to message support or your account administrator with questions.
    • This will not impact anyone using our legacy experiment types
  • A new support option, SciYBot, will be available to all users within the ELN. This feature will allow users to search our support center by asking specific questions. It increases the number of supported languages and offers a faster way to get answers to questions.
    • You will always be able to contact an agent via email or the Contact Support button as you always have. Our support team is available 24/5 and will always be there to assist you.
    • You can always create a support ticket directly from SciYbot, allowing you to contact a support person any time during your interaction
    • The SciYBot is available within the support portal if you would like to preview this functionality

Search

  • Heat mapping and conditional formatting support have been added for work requests and new registration

Corrections

  • Updated the stoichiometry grid to trigger automatic calculations when rows are added manually
  • Corrected an error where isotopes were not supported with the next step function
  • Updated chemistry to respect a user's significant figure selection instead of the default of 10 digits
