Issue: When you try to remove a project link from the experiment page or remove an experiment from the project page, no action occurs. The project link remains visible on the experiment, or the experiment is not removed from the project.

Reason: Some companies are configured to require every experiment to be linked to at least one project. When this setting is enabled, you cannot remove a project link if it is the only project associated with the experiment. 

Action: Add a new project link first, then delete the undesired one.
