This function is only available to users with Registrar Permission. If you do not see it on the dashboard, please contact your ELN administrator.
First, create an excel worksheet to include all the information you want to update. Normally, the first column is the identity field, such as Registration ID, that is to be updated. The other columns contain the new value. Each column is corresponding to each field to be updated. After all the information is filled, the file should be saved in CSV format.
In the bulk update window, select the registration type in "Field Group", choose the CSV file you prepared, and select the identity field (such as registration ID) in key Field. Then, click "UPLOAD".
Next, select how the data in CSV file will be mapped into the registration, then click "CONTINUE".
When the update is completed, please check the registration record to make sure they are updated successfully.
