Using Arxspan Integrated Registration from the Stoichiometry Table

Any reactant, reagent, or product can be registered through the stoichiometry table in a chemistry experiment.

  1. Open the tab of interest, click the “Register” link next to Reg ID to open the registration page

 

  1. In the registration window, the Field Group is default to Small Molecule and the structure of the product is automatically added to the structure field. Fill in the remaining data for your custom configuration and click “REGISTER”.

 

  1. If it is a new compound in the system, a new registration number will be created and there is an option to add batch. Press the “Add BATCH” button will open a new window to add batch information.

 

  1. If the structure already exists in the system, you will be notified.

 

  1. In the add batch window, the registration number of the compound is shown at the top of the window. Fill in the necessary fields and click “SAVE” to add a new batch to the system. Otherwise, press “CANCEL” to close the window.

 

  1. After the batch number is created, there is an option to add it to the product tab in your experiment. After clicking “Add to Experiment”, the batch number will be added to the Reg ID field.
